Usually just doing good in matches will allow you to level up faster.

U can level up heaps fast (don't know if it works online) you just make a map were you always die then save it next go to custom game then go to classic slayer make the time unlimited and score unlimited then go 2 classic slayer options and put all the points ( death points,suicide points,kill points ect) to 10 then start the match then die one on your own then you will keep dieing cause you put the spawn point somewhere you always die. Now just watch a movie ao something once I had it on all night and I went up more than 10 levels!
