If you want to do it go to the misson nightfall in the beginning theres a elite standing still go too him then hold rb to assainate him

If you want to assassinate a different way, jump right above the opponent and hold the button above the trigger or B and smash your opponent. (you can do this at a suicidal fall and it will save your life, but that is hard.

You can assassinate whenever you see someone and you press the pummel button on particular places while aiming at their back head or neck.

You can assassinate by pressing the pummel button on an enemy's back.

You need to be behind the person and hold RB. If you tap RB you'll only punch them, but if you hold RB you'll perform and assassination.
