cowbell:makes explosions 3x more powerful
IWHBYD:uses rare dialouge from marines and enimies.Ex. an elite saying this is 4 sparta and then kicking u in the face
Blind:takes away all hud

In order for how they're listed.
Blind - That fancy HUD that you love so much? That disappears. You're walking through the game... well, blind.
Cowbell - Makes the explosions big. Just more bang for your buck.
Grunt Birthday - Makes children scream in joy when you hit a Grunt in the head to give a headshot.
IWHBYD - People say strange things in the game with this skull on.

Blind you have no hud. Cowbell explosions are bigger. And I don't remember the last one
