ok hears my problem every levil i make when i play i start wher ever ther is not a spon point how do i make a starting point

Same with me, try switching the game type to a specific one (ex. slayer/oddball) there should now be "Respawn Area's", "Starting Points" and "Spawn Points", also you get some goal items, like Flag Spawns for CTF. Hope this helped. =D

ODST's levels are rather...finicky.
You'd have to make sure you reach a check point, save and quite, or find one the cache's. Those create save points, and spawn points for you.
