Does anyone know how you unlock new armors for your charachters like that one armor that you get in halo 3 for gettin all the skulls????......

The farther you get in the game you unlock armours for being different people but the recon armor you have to beat it on ledendary or it has to be online to get it I'm not sure but if you look for cheats on this web site it will tell u

If your meaning ODST characters then they are unlocked by completing certain missions, other than Dare(recon) is unlocked through completetion of legendary(co-op or solo). The only character that you may see that is not normaly unlockable is sgt. Johnson who was available through pre order.
If your meaning Halo 3 mythic disk then the armours are the exact same ones from halo 3 original(the xbox even reads them as the same game, such as if you play halo 3 already you will have all your armour still on halo 3 mythic, and acheivements also transfer).
