As far as I can tell from the release(just came out at midnight) There is the suppressed SMG, which looks as if it's replacing the original SMG in ODST, and the Scoped pistol, which also seems to replace it's original counterpart, but this could change.

Not Much.
The SMG has a Silencer. And the Magnium has a Scoop. Easy head shots.
