Look under the cheats section on this site. Then complete levels on the specified difficulty levels and collect hidden skulls. Unlocking achievements in multiplayer like spartan graduate or monguse mowdown will also unlock armor. Then in the apperance section once unlock you can cycle through each armor for each part of Master Chief.

You have to find skulls or get gamerscore or acheivements or complete levels on herioc or legendary if you want the new armor, oh and it only works for multiplayer, not campaign.

Get all the skulls of course, but I don't think you can use it online.

YOu must play the campaign a lot and on several different difficults except easy.
