It is the first time you get a tank,after you destroy the scarab, you will go for a while and then a pummeler full of grunts will fly around the corner. Hit them imediately with the big gun on the tank and BAM achievment

If I'm correct and tell me if I'm wrong but ii think it's if you destroy a vehicle with 3 or more people in it.

I unlocked it by destroying the main turret of a Phantom with a Plasma Grenade.

You need to destroy a vehicle with 3 or more enemies in it. I have the achievement, but I forgot where or when I got it.
