How do you get the used car sells man achivment and I don't have campain so can you tell me how you get it in match making?

You Kill three enemies in one vehicle. You must destroy the vehicle with one shot, so:
Ex: Three opposing team mates in a warthog
You must get a rocket launcher, or some other weapon/vehicle to destroy that vehicle with one shot. I recommend using the Rocket Launcher though
