How do you get recon I tried the "recommend to 50 people image" but it didn't work can anybody help

The only way to get Recon is to do something so amazing that even Bungie themselves are amazed

Amaze Bungie so that they give the Recon Armor. You can't get it by achieving stuff.

The only possible way is to amaze bungie with an awsome map or screen shot or video clip or you have to work for bungie the other stuffis ppl with the dumbest screen shots trying to get on bungie favs

You need to do all the vidmaster achievements for Halo 3 and ODST. You also need to impress Bungie by doing something out of the ordinary.
