Famine Skull

This is best done on multiplayer. Have one team mate just standing up there and watching. Then once your done attempting to grenade jump use the Arbitor's grenades. This one can only really be done by fluke.
Chuck down a plasma grenade on the edge of the flat walkway, as seen in the walkthrough section, then after about a second or so run and jump over the grenade towards the ledge. The explosion should only take down your sheild. If done right it will push you up onto the beam so you can walk down and get the skull.

If you have trouble with grenade jumps, try to find a deployable cover(brutes in the wraiths will drop) and open it up next to the opening where the skull is located. Jump on the deployable cover and onto the small gap where the skull is at the end of. Then just walk to the skull and pick it up. The brutes that come in the crawlers also carry Deployabal Shields.

Yea, thats probably the easiest way. Getting on from a brute.
