How do you get under the floor at the bases in snowbound? I have played on a level where you are underground but I don't know how to get there.

If you mean under the map, there are shield doors in the base rooms. If you mean inside the bases, there are shield doors that you can find outside. There are two large cables leading outside the base with the Spartan Laser, one to the Active Camo area, and the other to the underground room. If it is not either of the two areas that I have mentioned, I may not be sure what you are talking about.
