Me and my friend got all of the Skulls and I got the habusa armor but he didn't why wont it give him the armor?!!!
P.s why does nobody like the habusa.

The only thing that may cause that is that your friend wasn't signed into a profile. I'm not sure it may only give it to the main player.
P.s I love the Hayabusa armour, it's the only good one.

Make sure your friend has all the skulls and thats my favorite armor.

Was he by any change on the 'guest account' and also, HE MAY have to hold the skulls as well, so that could be why. (I love the armor I got the EOD shoulders with it. 
)

Like everyone else said he might have been on the Guest profile and I have that armour and I think it's SWEET.
