In the last level of gun where you have to defeat the guy with the patch over his eye. Is there any way of killing him if you have very little dynamite? If there is could you please tell me.

Yes there is, you could shoot the fire arrows at the green gas spouts or use molotov cocktails. After a few explosions he will run up some stairs. You have to keep shooting him in the head until he throws a hug dynamite pack. When he does use quickdraw to shoot it in the air. Keep doing this and he will be smashed by the ceiling.
If you run around the edge of the cavern whiskey, arrows and dynamite keep respawning.
