I've tried and I find it wicked hard. You just go to the music studio, pick an instrument, record, and there you go. There are tutorials in the music studio that are really helpful though, i'd check it out

Before you press record try figuring out how each note sounds and think about how similar it is to certain chords, practise several times but you can re-do it with different tempo. This is extremely hard to do, tbh if you don't think you can do it too well please don't try too much because it wastes a LOT of time. Try looking at tutorials like buddy415 says, and tabs for music.

Ive made a few songs myself, but they took about a week to perfect. It is extremly hard to get it right, especially when you have to mix the sounds and record over things with different sounds. Just learn how to mix things right and it will be easier.Hope I helped.
