I was at wal-mart one day and was playing he game and there were the characters of the band Rammstein. But when I got the game and played the song, I never unlocked them. How do I unlock them?

As far as I know you cannot 'unlock' Rammstein. However, if you have some time and and a photo or something, you can create them in the character creator.
