My game wont save any more, it goes back to the day before?
I get to where Frank & friends save lamar at sawmill and thgen the next day I turn it on and have lost 3 hours of missions?

That sounds like a bug. You should really submit a ticket via the official game support site as we are limited here as to what we can do to help you in situations like this.
