Hanging out

Like when Michael call's Franklin to hang out,how does he find out where to meet Franklin?Thanks for any help

You have to listen to the phone conversation as that indicates where they will meet up - once they meet up you then listen to their conversation and it will indicate what sort of activities that they may want to do while hanging out. Once it does, the icons for those will be on your map.

Simply head to the icon in order to do the activity together.
