Question for Grand Theft Auto 5

Ive just finished trevors mission where you kill the bikers on the airstrip... Then you can start buying the odd business with each character... How and when do you get payed from them , and how to get more money from it ?

You get paid each week from the property management company you "hire" to run them and collect their income for you. You get a text message from them detailing your income once each week.
