No. Each of the three characters have their OWN money, so when you spend money as one of them, you are not spending money as all of them.
On the other hand your other characters DO spend some of their money while you are not playing as them. For giggles check your bank statement and you will see charges for stuff like strip bars, food and the like that you did not have them buy.
