Why won't gta tbogt work on my ps3 it won't come up and when I go to pause then new game it just starts the normal gta 4

If that is the case you are not on the account that owns the game DLC. You also do not launch it from GTA IV - you need to select the DLC from your game menu. BTW this is the Xbox 360 section, not PS3.
