Your going to have to be a lot more specific than that? If you mean play the xbox 360 gta 4 game on the pc then the short answer is you can't do that. However if you want to play the xbox version on your xbox with a keyboard and mouse attached to a monitor, you can buy a range of peripheral converters, i'd recommend a "XIM Edge"
But if you mean you own a pc and the game isn't working then maybe you need a new graphics card?
