You can do jobs like a cop, killing their most wanted and doing small jobs for money. Just get into a police car (or steal one by calling 911 and asking for the police) and get on their computer.

I really don't believe that you can become a cop in the game like that without modding the game. and to get a good cop car there is a cheat: 227-555-0100 enter that into the phone.Pravinj answered:

In Multiplayer free mode, you can bust people that are breaking the law, as in shooting, speeding, stealing cars, ect. But keep in mind, they see you as a threat and will do anything to stop you from killing them. They will kill you, blow up your car, and probably get mad to the point where they don't leave you alone.
