Most of the time they are just driving around random areas, it's in an armored vehicle (the ones banks use to transport money and such) then just take it somewhere private and blow it up. Cops will come so you have to hurry. Most of the time you can only collect a few hundred dollars, maybe a thousand if your lucky. At least thats how much I get.
