You change ringtones by clicking the dpad up twice and then go to options and ringtones will come up

You can get newer phones in a certain mission... SPOILER..YOU ARE WARNED:..I know that mission was given by playboy x and ordered you to kill a black gangster dude..he will give you a cellphone with a camera(can be used)...kill the objective and it's yours! ..
