I know I may seem like a noob, but who is the girl in the red top and sucker that I always see in the pictures? Thanks in advance for the help.

Her name is Lola Del Rio, a hooker. But she has no part or significance in the game.

She's known by gamers as "Lola the Lollipop girl" or at least that's how Rockstar call her. She is found somewhere in the game. If I'm not mistaken, she's located on a beach on Island 2.
