No if you kill francis derrick calls you and says I don't think we should be friends if you kill derrick you can call francis to call off your wanted stars

Well I heard if you kill Francis and you become friends with Derrick you can call him to call off your wanted stars. But I don't know honestly I killed the guy who thought owned Niko and I felt pretty good about killing that guy..
