If you kill fracis then try to be good friends with derrick because frenship above 70%, he will give you the ability of remove wanted level.

Kill Francis. One you get 70% relationship with Derrick he will remove your wanted level. So hes better. Hope I helped

Derrick is the most useful character, if you have over 70 friedship with him he can get you your wanted level down.

kill derrick Francis will be able to clear your wanted level and he gives you a website were it gives you info on every criminal in liberty city even nikko.
