Not sure on completion. Most likely no. But some achievements will be blocked from earning. Hope I helped.

Nope. But some cheats you use will block some acheivements. Im not sure if achievments count towards 100% completion.

When you enter a cheat it will probably say it has blocked a certain achievement, so don't save with your cheats entered.
