Random Pedestrions help?

I've done brian 1 and 2 but brian 3 won't show and it's been 3 days since I've done brian 2 and a gta4 website sais atleast a full day has to pass

It can take up to a week or longer sometimes they wont show up till you've done some more mishons.

And brian 3 shows up at the copshop down the road from your house I think it's north.

For me it took about a wwek to load

And it will appear at the copshop down the road

It can take alot longer until he will show up again, and also you have to do some missions to get him to show up.

It usually takes a week ingame time for them to load the next one.

Takes about a week, sometimes more, sometimes less. The GTA website is dumb.
