That is a viral achievement.
Originally, you had to kill a member of the rockstar development team to get the achievement.
Those who killed a rockstar team member would also become dummy rockstar members. Meaning if you killed jim123, and jim123 had the achievement, you would get it too. Then when someone killed you, they would get it, and so on.
I got it on my first kill.
Soooooooooo many people have it.
