you have to do the first mission for Roman to get the phone then you just click up twice on the directional pad

Roman is your friend in Gta, You can Do all sorts of Activities with him (like if you blow up a car or something and you don't die, roman will still be there)

No it doesn't work, im guessing you have to do a mission and get someones phone number to be able to use the phone. This is the second time iv got the game and it has done this both times. cant remember how i got it to work the first time

lol jheeze how many times dya wanna be told u start the game u meet ur cousin roman u go back to his u take him to work then to play poker he gives u a fone and thats when you can use it to phone him and add cheats got it now lol press up n then up after roman gives u a fone

Try your tv setting...if you got a flat screen an lcd tv...check to see if its on wide mode:normal ...not zoom or wide zoom or full ...hope this helps lol just had to help my boyfriend with that lol

I have an xbox360 with no xbox live. I also seem to have pressed up 2 times, changed my screen to not to be so wide, and I still can't seem to get the keyboard up. Any comment would be benefitful

look at your controller is there a pad if you have a white controller the pad will gray if you a black 1 it will be black ok on the pad press up

Use your brain: at least complete 1 mission, when this step has been completed, press up twice on the D padd ;)

Open the phone and then dial the cheat code into it (it is a phone number) then hit send.
