How do you download stuff on 2 you're xbox stuff like skins and cars etc. PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE answer asap.

Use XBox live, unless you don't have it, because then your screwed.

Go to the marketplace on the xbox 360 dashboard, find GTA 4 and check the downloadable content. Then download what they have.
