All the above are wrong exept uranium.

One of the extra characters you meet is Eddie Low, who IS the serial killer.

The third time you meet him he tries to kill you, and if you go to the liberty tree website after he dies you can read an article about him.

Also, the radio station mentions a man chopping the heards off of people in the park. This is Eddie Low also.
