No, no cheat for infinite health, but the is a cheat that fills up your health.

There is no cheat for infinate health as far as I'm aware.

You would need a mod(only pc)

download usb xtaf xploder, and grand theft modification(app) on your PC, save the game to a usb flash drive that you configured in the memory section in the system settings of your xbox, then extract your save file to your PC using xtaf xploder(save it anywhere just remember where its at) and dont close xtaf, open grand theft modification, click open and find your save file wherever you put it, change whatever you want and make sure you check the max health box, then click the write and resign button. when it says done, delete the save file off of your usb in xtaf, and then click import button and replace it with the modded file you saved where ever. Now load the game from your flash drive in your xbox, and Voila!! You are invincible to explosions, bullets, and melee weapons.(although for some reason you cant use melee weapons, but who cares when you have infinte health?!)As far as i have seen so far only falls hurt you and if you survive the fall you must repeat the modding process because you are now vincible again (unless it was a small fall). Drowning would probably also kill you but i havent tried yet. If you need more detailed help my xbox GT is FATLNJ. send me a message and i'll walk you through it. P.S. its awsome to run up to a police station and cook a grenade next to 3 cops and watch them fly and then watch niko (or johnny or Luis, as the modding program works for TLAD and TBoGT) get right up like nothing happened!
