I did find a police maverick today 17/08/08 when I played it when I find it again I will let you know ok give me two days I will get back to you

I think you can only find normal Mavericks, located at random Helipads on the third Island.
You can try sniper a pilot, when you have three stars, and hope it doesn't explode when it lands, I guess.

You can't get a police maverick. Only normal maverick's, which are normally on helipads.

If you maage to kill the driver of a police maverick and it crashes without exploding, you can steal it.
THey may spaw someplace, but I have never seen one.
