dude just listen all you need to do is try and find the swat base and steal a swat van or a stockade but i dont know where the swat base is thats all i can do to help you guys or wimen i hope i have helped

actually you're talking about the enforcer, the difference is the enforcer has an all black body, while the police stockade has a blue and white crested body.

You will need to get a 4 star wanted level to find one, then hijack it from the police. Drive it to a safe house, and leave it in the parking bay, then run off, and die, or whatever, and you'll have one saved.

Get a 4 star wanted level, and steal one. They're trucks the police send out when the cars and helicopters can't do anything about you.
If I were you, I'd go put one in a garage to save the hassle of having to get 4 stars every time you want to drive one.

THe police stockade is the riot van NOOSE guys chase you in when you get to 4 stars.

Actual what people are thinking of is the noose enforcer. The police stockade is what the prisoner that is being transported in the mission wear you have to kill with packie. It can be stolen in that mission (you would have to fail it) it can be stolen in the bank mission too (can not get in it you would have to push it to a safe house) and some people say you can find it at the prison but is extremly rare.

You can not get the police stockade in free area. You HAVE to do the mission: Tunnel of Death" and Die to get the police stockade. People SAY you can get one at the prison, but it's EXTREMELY rare.

The police stockade can only be found in the mission where you rob the bank and in the "Tunnel of death" Mission where you have to abduct the criminal and kill him. There is no other place to find this vehicle. The one in the prison is the prisoner transport in "Witness protection" on Grand theft auto, the lost and the damned. It isn't even a police stockade at all, It's a greenish blue bus with "State correctional Facility" on it, But you can drive the NOOSE Enforcer after you get 4 stars and they send the S.W.A.T. After you -NOOSE in the game- (:

The best thing to do is to do the bank robbery mission and get a cop car and push it to your safe house.
