How do you get a N.O.O.S.E truck without getting stars? Is there a place you can find it at, and if you have to get stars to get it, how can you fix it if you get it damaged? I REALLY NEED HELP WITH THIS!!!!

I believe you have to gain the wanted level required, as there are none just hanging about, and the Pay 'n Spray reject such vehicles, if I'm not wrong, there's pretty much no way to repair it.

You have to get the wanted level on you to get the truck. As far as I am aware, it doesn't spawn anywhere.
Youc an't respray it either.

You will have to get a wanted level. No you can't respray the car but if you leave it in one of your parking bay's overnight your car will repair USUALLY FOR NORMAL CARS.

You need to get wanted level and you can use a Chet to repair the noose truck pull up nikos, Louis's, and johns phone and dial 362-555-0100

You have to purchase the Ballard of Gay Tony DLC. Then you can spawn it using a cheat code.
