my cellphone wont workd right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok on the d pad everyone says to push up two times but I did and it came up to the screen of the cellphone in the bottom right hand corner just saying multiplayer.... If someone knows please tell me!!!or if there is something wrong with the game or something plz help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YOu obvioulsy didn't press up twice.
If you press up once, the multiplayer and other options come up.

When you press it once, you get the options menu, when you press it once more, you get the dialing numbers. It's really quite simple.

Nicko 9000 is completely wrong you have to beat a couple of missions for Roman before you get your actual cellphone

When you bring up your cell phone, instead of pressing A to bring up options, etc. You press up on the d pad and you will bring up the keypad

Pushing up on the D-Pad should open the phone - pushing up rapidly may force it into that menu...

The phone doesnt get unlocked until after that mission where you call roman if some Albanians that he owes money to show up while hes inside the hardware store
