Brucie's races
In your 100% completion checklist you state that I need to finish Brucie's 10 races but why when I go to the Brucie's races section you state there are only 9 to do?

It's an innocent mistake. There are 10.
I'm guessing you mean the SuperCheats official guide? At the bottom, it says '100% Requirements' or something, click on that, and it says 10 races. Just a silly typo.

You do one race as part of a mission during the beginning of the game, then you must win another 9.
9 + 1 = 10
