Basically if this happens everytime, load up a new game, start again, get a new disc, or whetever. Because playing with a retarded glitch like that isn't going to get you anywhere.
For the record, I've never heard of it, and doubt it actually exists.

Make friends with Kiki. When you take out your phone, go down until it says remove wanted. Press A on that. It removes 3 stars!
