HoW DO U GET THE SULTAN ALL TRICKED OUT???

I was playin on my friends ps3 online and a bunch of other people were driving around in them??...And I can't find em on 360 but I don't have online..

Go to the old mansion near jimmy pegorino's house, the one where you stash the cocaine.

Go behind the garage, theres one parked in the bushes.
Its there online and offline.
