I've gotten the xbox360 and gta4 about 8 days ago, I've gotten to the third island and now I'm getting a bit bored of missions. ( but ill do them still ) I watched vids on youtube on gta4 online and it looks a lot of fun. So I made a xbox live account which is working, I went into my phone and then clicked multiplayer and everything and instead of going into the lobby it says " disconnected from game session. Returning to singleplayer. " I'm sure my internet is fine because when I log on it says I've logged onto xbox live. If you have had this problem and you know a way to fix it could you please tell me ?? Thxs

Have you paid for your subcription?
XBOX live gold costs about $80 a year, which isn't bad.
Go into the game case, and you should see a leaflet, that has a 1 month free trial on it.
Use that.

XBOX live gold costs about $50 for 13 months unless you buy it from a ripoff store. You might have an update you need to download before playing online, just exit to dashboard or reset the console and next time you play gta4 at the VERY beginning of all the loads and stuff it should say update availiable or something like that. Youll need to download that so you can play online, otherwise you'll just end up being logged offline again.
