At the moment, no cheat has been released, but I'm sure one will be in the future.

If you havent finished stevies missions, one of them requires you to steal an infernus, so you can bank a few before you completer that mission.

Yo also get given one from bernie after you finish his missions.

No cheat, but when Stevie will ask for the car go steal it and put it in the parking lot at a safe house.
