Hey peeps. My mobile on GTA don't work. Every time I ring one of the phone numbers it just goes " beep beep beep" what am I doing wrong. Danke

That means then that the number you are ringing doesn't exist.

If your trying to do a prank call or ring some random guy.. It wont work..you can only use the phone for cheats and ringing your friends in the phone book
