SPOLIER ALERT!!!
When it came to the time to get "ALOT" of money or kill dimitry I got the money, hehe 250 grand! Then at the wedding roman died!!!! If I chose to kill dimitry at the time insted of getting the money would roman still die!?!?

Take revenge only kate dies. If you do the deal roman dies. You get $250000 which ever path you choose.

Here are the 2 endings for GTA 4
1. Make the deal with Dimitri. When you go to make it with Phil, Dimitri screws you over (again). Shoot your way through and get the cash. Before you go to the wedding, Niko calls Kate to see if she is going. Shes mad at you for taking the money, and wont come to the wedding. When you get there, everything is all nice and happy, but Dimitri sends an assassin to kill Niko. During the struggle a shot is fired and hits Roman. Another shot is fired into the air. The last one is shot into the assassin's forehead. Niko gets pissed. Little Jacob tells Niko that Pegorino is working with Dimitri. Follow some of Pegorino's men to a warehouse. Dimitri kills Pegorino. Niko chases after Dimitri and kills him.
OR
2. Take your revenge against Dimitri. You go the ship Roman said Dimitri was at. Shoot your way through and open the doors. Go inside the ship. Kill Dimitri. Afterwords, Niko will call to see if Kate is coming. She will be happy that you didn't make the deal, and so she gets you to pick her up. Once you get there, everyone is happy and celebrating. Then, Pegorino does a drive-by to try and kill Niko for ruining his "last chance". He misses and kills Kate. Niko gets pissed. Little Jacob helps you find Pegorino. Chase Pegorino and kill him.

Take the money, you recieve 250,000, but Roman dies, for your pure greed.
Take the revenge, Kate dies for your ... Whatever. But this way you can still date Kate after she dies, so whippie.
