Trouble with "OUt of Comission"
My problem is similar but different to another post about this mission. I have no problem getting past all the goons, getting the bike and accelerating up the jetty to catch Jacob's helicopter. However when I catch onto the bottom of the helicopter I'm instructed to tap A repeatedly to climb into the chopper I have tapped A repeatedly as fast and frequently as I can yet every time he fails to climb up and the chopper eventually flips causing me to fall off and fail. This has happened at least 5 times and is very frustrating I have tried using X to jump up and all the other button to no avail. Please help!! Thanks!!

I didn't have a problem with that at all, it may very simply be down to the technique you use to tap A. For instance, I noticed when I was tapping A with my thumb, Niko wasn't really doing anything, however, I flipped the controller round, and used my index finger, which turned out to be much more efficient.

Yea as superblobby said, use your index finger, Niko will start moving very slowly but when he got about half way you get in and fly the heli.

I managed to get into the chopper pretty much instantly, sinc I have uber speed with my thumb :D
But use your strongest hand, and whichevber finger/s you feel most comfortable with, so you can press A faster.

If it's not what every else said you should probabley get your hand control looked at.sp

When it says to repeatedly press the A button I have no problem tapping it with my thumb. Maybe like what SP said you should get your hang control looked at. Maybe that will help. Hope you beat the mission.

I have the same problem on my pc using the xbox controller. I don't think tapping the A button faster will help - in an earlier mission there was a similar scenario when you have to tap A to climb up somwhere and I had no problems at all. Also notice that tapping A inside buildngs will not make you sprint. I also tried tapping the keyboard equivalent of A and that didn't work either. Really annoying!

I can only imagine that you just have to keep trying. I can't see why this isn't working if you're pressing the button. Sorry to hear about this not working for ya mate.

You probably do not want to hear this but basically you have to tap it mad crazy fast over and over. Just keep trying.
