Where can you get a helicopter?
Is it at the airport? Do you get a parachute when you are in the helicopter? Is there any helicopters that can float on water? If someone knows the answer to these questions please reply and tell me.

On the second island at the bottom right corner there is a heli place that offers tours. It is on the map as a point of interest. Just walk up to one and take off with it. Or you can use the cheat to get the cop one that has two machine guns on it. As for a water helicopter I am unsure and I havn't tried jumping out of a helicopter so don't know if it has a parachute.

You acn get the anhillator helecopter from the airport, this hele3copter has miniguns on it :D
You can also get one by using the cheat.
Also, if you go to heli tours, and the helecopters are there, you can shoot the pilot and steal one.
No, there arn't any parachutes in this game, and no, there arn't any helecopters that can float on water.

Go to the swingers look across to alderney there should be a red helicopter there.Second there is a huge house that has a grey,blu,red helicopter(look on the internet it should be on the news a picture of a infernos infront of a helicopter).Third Theres a police station on algonqin that has a police chopper there sometimes.theres one in the star juntiction (better to look at night it is a huge building in that has a purple pink colour at the top.thats the only places I know of.hope this helps

ok... there is the annilator with miniguns. you can find that at the airport or the second islands police station! There also is the helitours helicopter... theres also the maverick... but there is no helicopter that can float on water unless you use a cheat. But i think that there is no cheat for that!!!! Hope i help!

1) Yes, there is a Annihilator helicopter over at Francis International Airport, but upon entering will attract a 4 star wanted level.
2) There are no parachutes in this game. Do you mean The Ballad of Gay Tony?
3) There are no helicopters that can float on water.
