Once I walked into some person, and if they are holding something they drop it. If you sometime in the game walk into a smoking character you press the LB (left bumber) on your controller and you pick up the item. If you pick up the smoke and you don't walk anywhere, after about 10 seconds you will put it in your mouth (YUCK!) and smoke it.

lolololol funnyfunny... Joking, if Rockstar can add smoking to the next GTA it would be awesome. Like if you stand still for 15 sec he grips it, exhaling then puts it back in. People could smoke in GTA Vice city which was awesome. It was a cheat tho.
