If you are far enough into the storyline in the game you should have a text from stevie. There is a description of where the car is and picture of the car wanted. When you find the car a garage in south bohan in chase point should be there. Take the car here, the lest damage the more money you get.

Stevie will send you a text asking for the first car, which is a vodoo (not sure if it's random or not)

After you get each one, save the game, die or get busted, wait a minuite and you will recieve another text from him, with the next car.

You have to find the cars from the messages for Stevie. Once you find a car take it to the garage and go and save the game so 6 hours will pass to get a new message for the next car. There are 31 cars.
